Grilled Halloumi Cheese With Chilli Sauce

A quick and tasty appetiser to serve for a Christmas celebration party. Accompany with a good chilli sauce and garnish with watercress.


2 Halloumi cheeses

Chilli sauce to serve

Garnish: Watercress

Makes 16 slices.


1. Cut each Halloumi cheese into 8 slices. Place the Bake-O-Glide™ onto the Simmering Plate and put the cheese slices onto it – you may want to do this in two batches.

2. Grill until the cheese has browned then turn over and grill the other side, total time about 4-6 minutes. 

3. Arrange on a serving plate, drizzle over the chilli sauce and garnish with watercress
