Banana and Blueberry Porridge

Easy, healthy and quick to make, this recipe for Banana and Blueberry Porridge is ideal for mid-week breakfasts.


50g Mornflake porridge oats

350ml semi-skimmed milk

1 banana, mashed

75g blueberries


1. Place the oats, milk and banana in a small saucepan and bring to the boil.

2. Simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Stir in the blueberries and serve.
